False return

Arthur never asked to be a hero.

Summoned to another world alongside his best friend, Arthur quickly learns the kingdom only wanted one Hero. While Leon receives divine blessings and the hopes of an entire nation, Arthur is declared a failure and sent "back home."

Except the return spell doesn't return him at all.

He awakens alone inside a deadly dungeon where even the air is poisonous to him. With no magic, no combat talents, and nothing but ordinary household skills, survival seems impossible.

But years of cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and solving everyday problems taught Arthur something this world overlooked:

Survival isn't about being the strongest.

It's about refusing to give up.

As Arthur fights to escape the dungeon, Leon trains as the world's destined Hero—both believing the other is safe.

Neither knows the truth.

One was chosen by prophecy.

The other was forgotten by it.
