Synopsis

After a century as the hermit of the Foggy Swamp, Toph Beifong is forcibly rejuvenated and "recruited" by the Parliament of Stones to serve as their champion.

Deposited into the heart of Gotham City, she finds herself in a sensory nightmare; to her seismic sense, the "shrieking" concrete and steel skyscrapers are a metallic cage strangling the planet.

While the Bat-Family views her as a high-level terrorist dismantling the city’s infrastructure, Toph sees herself as a cosmic gardener simply "giving the city a haircut." Now, the Blind Bandit must navigate a world of capes and corruption, where her mission to quiet the earth’s pain puts her on a collision course with the World’s Greatest Detective.
