Space Wyrm: Rex files

Victor Jastrzebski found a nameless girl in a war zone and took her in. Together with Monica and the other Dragons, he gave her a home, taught her rules, and trained her to survive.

They called her Rex.

She learned fast. Fighting came more easily to her than understanding people or knowing when violence was not the answer. She also developed a talent for machines, turning whatever parts she could find into strange but often useful inventions.

Years later, the Dragons are recruited into Project Ceres, a secret program built around alien technology and humanity’s future beyond Earth. There, Rex is given access to technology beyond anything she has seen before and discovers that engineering is not her only talent.

But the farther the Dragons follow the Project, the more the rules they have lived by are tested. What began with one girl in a borrowed jacket becomes part of something far larger than any of them expected.

Told through Rex’s diary, mission records, and the observations of those closest to her, Space Wyrm follows Rex and the Dragons from the battlefields of Earth toward an uncertain future among the stars.
