Almost two centuries ago, the kingdom of Valancy was forever changed.

King Phapio Valor sought a power unlike any other, the Dragon's Heart.

Ancient myths whispered that this fabled heart could grant the magical strength of dragons. A power that would not only transform the King but forge itself into the very DNA of his descendants.

It was Sir Selus Darkend, the Head of the King's Knights, who stood by Phapio's side during the quest for this forbidden strength. Through Selus's guidance, the Valor lineage inherited what came to be known as mana, the essence of magical ability.

To honour the man who was both his guardian and his closest friend, King Phapio entrusted him with the Dragon's Core.

Once consumed, the Darkend lineage inherited immense aura. It heightened their bloodline's physical capabilities to an unimaginable degree, granting them a reservoir of aura that no ordinary knight could ever hope to rival.
