Blind devotion to a jealous Goddess
Synopsis
Description narrated by: A certain someone (The most talented member of this family).
Date: 15/14/123
More than a century has passed since the Consolidation War split the continent—and the calendar—into fourteen. Nineteen years have slipped by since the Great Catastrophe.
To understand the old story of this land, you’d have to bury your nose in dusty ledgers of church politics, land disputes, and gods fighting over who gets the most followers. Boring, right?
But to understand the new story... Well, that is to understand a snowball that turned into an avalanche. A transformation so massive it threatens to drown every single one of us.
Every ending needs a beginning. My starting point for this chronicle is the tale of a young, blind oracle who had the ridiculous, impossible wish to become an adventurer and "see" a world she’d only ever felt through warmth.
Beside her was a goddess who followed along—maybe because she was curious, maybe because she was in love, or maybe because she just didn't have anything better to do. Along the way, that goddess learned the messy, bitter, and surprisingly beautiful reality of what it means to be a mortal.
They stepped out into a land on the precipice of a drastic change.
For when almost a century has passed since the conclusion of a war, the scars begin to itch.
Those who lost were rising again, and the silence was slowly being replaced by the sharpening of blades. Blood was always going to be spilled; they simply happened to be the ones standing in the middle of it
End of introduction.
So, what do you think, Mom? Pretty epic, right? Am I, or am I not, the greatest narrator this continent has ever seen? (Don't answer that, just say yes).

Author warning:
Hello!
Before you start reading, I just wanted to mention something briefly. English isn’t my first language, so I use AI as a tool to help me correct grammar and smooth out a few phrases here and there.
That said, the story itself—the ideas, characters, and writing—are completely my own. AI is only there to help polish the language, not to create the story.
I hope this doesn’t take away from your experience, and that you enjoy the book as much as I enjoy writing it.
