The Queens of Starfall
Synopsis
Reality is a song, but all songs can be turned to dissonance and silence.
The multiverse is a fractured masterpiece. From the Prime Resonance of pure physics to the memetic depths of the High-Astral, existence is held together by the Lattice. But the foundations are rotting. The Morophylakes, cruel, petty Gods, lord over the Kenomas, isolated bubbles of reality that range from lush paradises to decaying industrial husks. For eons, the Triad of Aeonic Folk, the feline Felis, the draconic Dracil, and the memory-keeping Mnethari, have anchored the world. But the music has broken. A Dracil Anchor City has been annihilated, triggering the Unweaving: a null-harmonic that doesn’t just destroy a Kenoma, it erases the very memory of it from existence.
Rachel Starfall, a Copper-tier Felis and High-Daughter of Clan Starfall, was never meant to be the conductor of a cosmic collapse. After a Bloomingday celebration turned into a bloodbath, Rachel finds herself at the center of a centuries-old feud. Ilyra Veyth, head of the ruthless Clan Veyth, has weaponized the chaos of the Unweaving to settle a grudge against Rachel’s Matriarch that spans generations. Driven toward a backwater Kenoma housing a world known as Earth, Rachel and her Chorus, a family unit bound by love, Starfire, and shared destiny, must navigate a reality governed by a twisted deity. To set things right, the Chorus must act as a single, resonant entity.
The Starfall Chorus: Six Hearts, One Song.
Survival in the four realms requires more than strength; it requires Harmony. The Vanguard (Isla): A Silver-tier powerhouse whose tri-form shifting war hammer provides the Chorus’s physical shield. The Scribe (Saevra): A master of WeftScript, she provides the Chorus with sanctuary and the stabilizing ink-work that anchors their souls against the Unweaving. The Architect (Saskia): A Dracil Lumen who chose love over her Matriarch’s cruelty, providing the structural precision to endure the chaotic Dissonance. The Witnesses (Lyssara, Kaelra and Xela): The lethal grace of the unit, strategic predators who weave threads of light to bind their enemies and guard the Chorus's collective identity.
On Royal Road, the price of failure is death. In the fight to save existence, the price is never having existed at all. Rachel knows the Aeonic Discipline: she won’t just sacrifice to save the world. She will make it right no matter what she has to become.
What Readers Can Expect:
Hard Science Fantasy / LitRPG Lite: A deep, crunchy power system based on Astral Tiers (Ember to Astral Platinum) and Starfire Degrees (Trace to Radiant). No blue boxes, only the raw physics of resonance. Cosmic Scale, Intimate Stakes: Exploration of diverse Material Shards governed by fallible deities, set against a backdrop of existential horror. Complex Sociology: Deep-dives into Aeonic culture, from Life Stages to the silent communication of Hand-Cant and the sacred Consent Protocols. Sapphic Poly Romance: A story centered on the Chorus dynamic, a dedicated, loving family unit where relationships are built on love, loyalty and mutual resonance. High-Stakes Antagonists: A dual-threat structure featuring the political machinations of Clan Veyth and the encroaching silence of the Unmaking.
