Synopsis

VEIN: The Burden of the Night
The world did not end twenty years ago.
It simply survived badly.
Beyond the Abyss Wall, something arrived during the First Vein War and erased half of humanity in a single night. Since then, the remaining world has lived beneath the rule of fear, blood, and silence.
Now civilization survives through power known as Vein.
Blue Vein. Red Vein. Weapons forged from the body itself.
And somewhere inside that broken system, a boy named Keene discovers something that should not exist.
A White Vein.
As governments tighten their grip, rebels rise from the shadows, ancient bloodlines resurface, and forgotten monsters begin walking the earth again, Keene and those around him are pulled into a world far larger than survival.
A world of:

prison wars
living weapons
hidden experiments
airborne cities
ancient Judges beyond human understanding
But the deeper they travel into the truth of the world…
