A Journey to World’s End

Long ago, an ancient war raged between all beings of good and evil. Humanity fought alongside the forces of light, but as the armies of darkness neared victory, desperation took hold. In their fear, humans betrayed their creator and turned against the angels who had once protected them.

Yet the Lord of Creation had foreseen this betrayal. Long before the war reached its climax, he created a perfect human and entrusted him with Murton Castle, the gate between Heaven and Earth. Thus, he became known as the Lord of Murton.

When humanity and the spawn of Hell attempted to invade the heavens after slaughtering every being of light on Earth, they were confronted by this perfect human and his loyal soldiers. At the cost of his own life, the invasion was stopped.

But the victory was incomplete.

With most beings of light destroyed forever and the guardian of Heaven’s gate gone, evil began to stir once more. Demons spread across the world, infiltrating Earth itself. Humanity, ignorant and forgetful, failed to see the enemies within their very homes.

Another total war is inevitable, unless someone can stop it before it begins.

To prevent the coming catastrophe, a journey must be undertaken. A journey to the very end of the world, where an object of unimaginable importance awaits.

And so begins a journey to world’s end.
