Nephilim Lied

In the year 999 of the Age of Man, it was a merciless age. Mankind, having vanquished the Elven race, had waged a great purge against the vanquished, a genocide that had scoured the world for eight hundred years. In this age of despair, a world-weary soldier of Man made an unthinkable choice.

Before the pyre of a fanatical Faith, Sannes, a nameless man caught in the cogs of war, risked all to save Aelyra, a White-Elven princess and the last scion of a fallen kingdom. Two disparate races, finding each other for the first time, they sought salvation in one another amidst the chaos of dark days, a world awash in blood and rains of arrows.

His singular act of defiance would not only cast them out as fugitives, hunted to the ends of the earth, but would also unwittingly kindle the flame of a truth that had been buried for a millennium.

A cursed legacy awaits its awakening, and the fate of the world shall be forged anew by the great lie that bears the name: Nephilim.
