Synopsis

A fatal accident should have been his end. For an orphaned computer scientist, it was a new beginning. Reincarnated as Alarion Wight, heir to a powerful duchy, he finally has a family to protect in a world of magic and dragons.

Armed with a super-intelligent AI from his old life, Alarion sees magic not as a mystery, but a system to be hacked. Enchanted metals aren't relics, but resources for a revolution. He builds a shield of Arcane Steel around his loved ones, determined to prevent the tragedies of his past.

But when betrayal shatters his world and tears his family from him, the shield is reforged into a sword.

Now, with only his dragon companion left to remind him of the love he lost, Alarion’s genius is unleashed for vengeance. From powered armor that can challenge dragons to energy blades that will execute kings, he will burn a legend into the very fabric of this world. But in his quest for revenge, will he become the very monster he set out to destroy?

A Note on the Narrative Style:
I want you to know from the start that Arcane Steel is designed to be a deeply immersive story. It's written in the first-person, and the narrative style itself—the pacing, the tone, and the level of detail—will shift to directly mirror Alarion's internal state. You're not just watching his journey; you're experiencing it with him.
