Haoyujin Jieyuan is a man defined by ambition. In a ruthless world where power is everything and might makes right, there’s only one path he can take, no matter how painful it promises to be.

So when Jieyuan joins the Gleaming Stone Sect, he does so with every intention of outpacing everyone and swiftly rising through the ranks. Instead, he places third in the entrance trials, overshadowed and underestimated.

Months pass, and Jieyuan is still a distant third despite his best efforts. But that stops mattering as much when, after thwarting an assassination attempt, he regains memories of another life. And, more importantly, another world.

Realizing there’s more to the world around him than meets the eye, Jieyuan’s ambitions evolve. He sets his sights higher, further, even if it means challenging the Heavens themselves.
