Synopsis

Kara's life was a simple one. Go to academy, learn how to be a good mage and eventual retainer for a noble. Go home, spend the evening with family. Spend the hours before bed doing extra practice to help compensate for her lacking magical talent. Sleep, repeat.

And then, in a freak accident, she died.

Where instead of moving onto the next life, she met a capital 'G' God. Death herself. Who offers Kara a chance to live as long as she does a task for Death in return. Become on of the God's very chosen and figure out why the world is steadily getting less magical. And while Kara is well aware Gods are nothing but trouble, living does sound quite nice. And how hard could a single quest be?
